Bueno, Minitokyo ha cambiado a su version 3, con cambio de sistema y layout. Te dejo un link al thread (que esta en desarrollo todavia) en donde se explica detalladamente todo con respecto a este cambio: Userguide to Minitokyo 3: credits, browsing, groups and more
Recomiendo que le des una buena leida porque si hay bastantes cosas que han sido modificadas y esto podria aclarar la mayoria de tus dudas, de todas maneras si hay algo que no quede claro y desees consultar, pues aqui estamos... claro, siempre y cuando sepa la respuesta

Y bueno, lo poco que se de Phantom of Inferno es que no hay anime... parece que solamente hay un manga, la verdad es que desconozco pero el arte siempre me ha gustado mucho

As a moderator I have the sad necessity to inform you that with your recent actions you have violated MT rules (to which, by creating an account in MiniTokyo , you agreed to follow: MT Policy & Submissions&Submitting )
You submitted something under the wallpaper category with which you have violated one of these points, namely you took a wallpaper that was not created by you and submitted it here to MT. This is called ripping and therefore according the the policy (to which you agreed by signing up to MT) is banned.
Consider this your 1st warning, continue to do so, which means two more strikes and you will be permanently banned from the MT community. I do not want to seem rude or harsh on you but rules are rules and if you don't abide by them consequences do arise.
